Splitting Yarn
Somehow every time I work on the Tilted Duster my left wrist hurts. Maybe I am just pulling the yarn too tightly. I finished and sewed the fronts and back and because I am a very impatient person I went ahead started the skirt. I couldn't see any reason for making the sleeves next, except to just get them done. Sewing was hard because if you tug on the Berroco yarn it just pulls apart. Did anyone else have that problem? I am already dreading sewing the sleeves. Maybe I should use some other yarn for sewing. I love the way it looks so far but I already made one mistake in a tilted section. There was a huge hole on a M1. Knitting back with over 200 stitches wasn’t going to work so I tried to drop it down and fix it that way. The hole is gone but it is certainly not perfect

Sorry about your hand. I don't know if this will help, but i am doing my sleeves in the round until I get to the sleeve cap. I find stockinette faster in the round because I purl a little slower, and it saved me sewing up the sleeve seams. You would still need to sew the sleeve caps, but it might save you a bit of the sewing up. God luck!
How did you fix the m1 with the hole? I started on the skirt and when I use the m1R and m1L on page 145 I end up with holes.
When I did the M1 as suggested I had holes too. So I ended up doing a knit in front and back for the increases. It looks MUCH better.
I have about three inches done. I wonder if I should rip it and do a knit in front and back too. I just did the m1r directions and knit into the back of the stitch. There are some little holes but the one I fixed was a hugh one. I dropped the stitch down and twisted it before I picked it up again.
